Larkpaw's life is turned upside down when a rogue group kidnaps her and several other cats from other Clans. She is determined to return home, however there maybe more of a mystical reason for this rogue groups involvement.
When his sister goes missing, Darkfrost finds himself feeling more alone than ever - until he forms an unlikely friendship with medicine cat apprentice Redpaw and warrior apprentice Drizzlepaw.
Just as Redpaw nears the end of her apprenticeship (or so she hopes), a mysterious StarClan cat tasks her with something strange - train a rogue tom in the ways of healing. As time trails on, she begins to question the intention of teaching the rogue and just who this StarClan warrior is.
